Thank god Jason was a prolific songwriter. He left us with a large catalog of beautiful songs.

Best song about the apocalypse ever

Its nice to see the moments where even great musicians struggled to hold a tune in their heads. Jason was truly excellent and was able to recover before it ended and keep things going..

Come on, folks! 2.4K vieuws?!? Why is this man so underrated? I just love him so much. Seems to me a decent guy. Has his own particular sound, voice, guitarplaying. So! We are going to chance that? I say: Buckner for president!!!

it makes so much sense that he plays with no pick (like me)

What a lovely song. Fucking mad that his "uncle" chose KZfaq to vent, but, well, round the roundabout we go xx

You only get one voice like that in a generation. Full of lonesome beauty. Molina was as real as it gets. ❤️

Who's that playing pedal steel? Love that distorted sound. Wonder what their rig set up is? So f*****g beautiful
@emmarossignol44452 ай бұрын
I believe his name is Mike Brenner. He did pedal steel a lot for Jason.

I can’t begin to tell you what his songs meant to me. I stumbled across “farewell transmission” on a compilation of new singer songwriters many years ago. I sat in my truck and immediately thanked the Lord for sending this beautiful voice to me. I learned more about songwriting in the first 5 minutes I heard his songs, than I have for the entire life I have lived trying to learn. Thank you
