Why are there not over million of views? This is the very best video on tricking for beginners. Nothing like "how to get your first backflip", really the absolute basics. I needed this so bad. Thank you, kind sir. You are one of the very best!

This video is awesome brother! Can you progress enough in grass and sand without a gym. Or do you have to have access to a gymnastics gym to become a decent tricker

I am getting back into tricking/free running/ parkour after years...I lost all my flips 😅 I started with a blow-up mattress on grass which helped for a while, but finding a gym, even a gym with floor mats makes all the difference because they usually have different types of equipment you can use to set your tricks up. For example, when I was learning the Webster, I needed a block to step up on for the first few weeks so I could get enough height. Maybe if you can find a bench or something in the park, that can also work!

I love this video ! Do you have in depth video on the basic spin, that s harder than it looks (or maybe it is my dispraxia idk) but would be lovely to have more detail on that) Also what does mean spotting ?

Hello bro! I am literally struggling with this for a while. Having a front flip for a long time(still landing it low sometimes), and a roundoff backflip ( i still dont know how to full) and recently i landed a few running websters but i am landing low on my feet. Now with the cart front i have the same issue. i mean i ALWAYS land low having to use one of my hands to support my knees from heavy impact cause i am training on grass or falling in front to almost like a front roll, i have no problem commiting, my height is not a problem since i am feeling and i know i can jump high(being wushu athlete for almost 10 years), and i am always thinking that the timing of tucking and untucking might be my main issue! another problem is that i train alone and dont record to see where my mistake is. cause i still facing the same problem with frontflips sometimes. I have to also check my cartwheel power because i havent thought of it before you mentioned, i mostly run towards cartwheel. But your tutorial is golden so i know i will get this soon🙏

I would rather not do single leg flips on the trampoline unless you want to get injuried and take a small break, anyways straight tumbling on both legs looks way better and more solid(serious) than swing variations.

In order to turn the masterswipe into a masterscoot you say 'open your hips'. Do you mean extention, abduction or flexion? Or perhaps rotating the belly facing backwards like in a valdez rather than a cart?
@ZakFerguson
@ZakFerguson 4 ай бұрын
Flexing your glutes and pushing your hips forward. In turn, causing your belly to face backwards like in a valdez rather than a cart. So you sort of answered your own question.

You're most likely not lifting your back leg enough. Follow through like a raiz as much as you can before kicking.

quite a helpfull guide, thanks a bunch!! I only got 1 question. ¿how do I know I learned a trick and im ready for the next one? for example, I can do a normal cartwheel, i dont think its a "perfect shaped cartwheel" but its still a cartwheel, so ¿should i keep practicing cartwheels and get better shape on them or move on to one handed cartwheels? the same happens to me with tornados, scoots, and other tricks

The best tutorial I have ever seen! However I did think of a 7th method. Similar to Btwist method. But instead of btwist use a Atwist (Aerial Twist) swingthrough. So basically swing for gainer look over the shoulder and turn into an A twist. It would turn into an icy cork of one has an icy Atwist. An A twist with more twist would make a double cork!
