That’s Gwimbly. He’s a pretty iconic video game character from the 90s. I Think his games were mostly platformers, (I never played them, was too young when they came out.) He’s kinda had a resurgence in popularity, mostly from his cameos in other game series. Kinda like Rayman tends to.
