Your loaf of bread looks absolutely beautiful 😊 Love the fact you didn't rush and you took your time explaining. Thank you for this video 😊

Yes. My nephew's school supply list was sent out last week. I bought all of his school supplies over the weekend. Why wait. At least I know I got everything and the supplies were not picked over.

Where did you get your starter?😮
@TheAllisonExchange23 күн бұрын
I made it. (I skipped details about my starter because it requires more time). Maybe I'll do a video about it soon!

I don’t. It’s been awhile since I used my starter so I may make another soon - I’ll try to record.

Holy crap that looks amazing. Out of all the videos and I mean at least over 100 this is the best recipe I have come across that the bread looks this amazing and you weren’t so picky about following the rules to the t. The reason I have procrastinated making it is because everything had to be timed and measured EXACTLY and that is where I struggled with and my bread and it never did turn out right so I quit. I am going to try again with this recipe. Thanks for sharing this recipe and video.

Beautiful looking loaf. I’ve just started trying to make my own bread again using Einkorn flour. One tip I picked up from other videos is to do a 45 degree angle when scoring the bread for designs, if that helps. I like the fact it doesn’t have huge holes in the crumb, I know it’s popular but not useful if you are going to use it for sandwich’s.☺️

Great tip! I'll try that next time. Always learning something different with each loaf!

Yá'át'ééh! My name is Bob, and I'm 69 going on 70. I knew a few words having lived in New Mexico. I want to congratulate you on what you are doing with your children and husband. Thanks for reviewing this. This is the app that I am using for Navajo instruction. I currently have the vocabulary of about a 2-year-old. Try looking for the Navajo keyboard app if you're using an iPad. I have one for my Android smartphone. They are out there and have all of the proper letters and punctuation. Eventually, Duolingo will have speaking and listening as it's developed further. Watch out for spelling errors; they drop diacritical marks (like the global stop ' ) on occasion, and if you type the correct answer, it will mark you wrong. Good luck and ahéhee'!

"Diné bízáád" adó "Diné" instead of Navajo,... We are not Navajos, We are Diné,... Just have to share and encourage this cause tribes all over this continet are "reclaiming" how people refer to them, and it's important. Very good job though, keep it goin

Beth, I would love to collab with you! I wouldn't mind being in a youtube video. I myself have been wanting to start a channel about Navajo language as well. I'm in Glendale, AZ as of now and have been looking for others to practice speaking Navajo with. At the moment I'm learning bits of Navajo from my mom on the phone. But it would be nice to practice with someone who is also learning. Hope you are still up for collabs. Do you have an email set up to communicate to others with?

Hello, thanks for visiting my channel! I currently have a newborn and other prioritized projects are taking up the little free time I have. I do have more language videos in the works and hope to have up by beginning of summer!

That’s awesome! I’ve been trying to learn my language too. I’m only 13, but if I ever get to have kids someday, I want to be fluent. Your Navajo sign language video inspired me to learn word and phrases for when speaking to kids! Just got off my language class and thought I should watch this video even though I’m learning Karuk, not diné bizaad

You did a great job on Navajo tortillas and I'm going to try the butter tortillas. My tortillas are thin and I use rolling pin. I use the natural Morrell Snow Cap Lard. It comes out good for me. My family knows my tortillas from other people's tortillas. Enjoyed watching you👍😘.
