Have you tried painting a layer of acrylic paint on the linoleum block first? This will help you see where you’ve carved instead of coloring in piece by piece. I try to save all my hand energy for carving. Saw this trick on another printmaker channel and I hope to try it soon for myself. Best of luck at the market!!

How do you like gouche compared to water color and acrylic? I painted my first mini canvas with acrylic and it was a challenge! It dried fast so I felt a lot of pressure blending

Beautiful work. I have been using a silkscreen ink called Permaset instead of stamp ink. I love this form of art because you can then create sewing projects with the printed fabric.
