I didn’t realize that you did a review about this kit. I always ask you about this in the live. I’m sorry I didn’t do my due diligence.

Does the barrel of the 1911 9mm have a rump like the barrel of the map 1 combat f?

I don’t think the kit to convert a 40 S&W in an sig p229 to a 9mm is still available. I cannot find it anywhere?

Barrel twist rate has everything to do with bullet caliber, weight, length and velocity. Historically, 9mm pistol barrels have maintained a ~1:10 twist rate.

It helps for one thing when you're being timed on the Range and that's it. In a self-defense situation you would very rarely need to go to a second mag.😮

I hate to break it to you, but the VOTATU PMD505 is an RMSc optic! The PMD504 is their RMR footprint red dot! I own both of them in multiple varieties. Just sayin'...

After waiting forever for the Holosun SCS Compact to be available I ordered a Sig Romeo X Compact for my X Macro, very happy with it, Side battery door, multi reticle. I would put it up against the 507K any day.

have you tried the 21's in the Legion? I've bought a couple 365 Legion 17rnd mags ( they were actually cheaper than the X Macro mags) for my X Macro and the mag base plates are the same size

just ordered one. I have the X Macro comp, and I think the comp is just for show and have been thinking of switching to a XL slide and barrel.

The way the light hits it I thought it was OD Green. Regardless, i cant choose between the 48 and 49. Been waffling for months. Theyre both excellent.

The Sig M11A1 has never been in service with any branch of the military. It is a P229 with a fake UID sticker. The P228 was issued in limited numbers as the M11. The M11A1 is a marketing gimmick that has a completely different slide construction, and doesn't even use the same magazine as the P228.

I think it's not an aPex Trigger. It's an HBI Trigger.

I've seen a lot of ftf fte on these. Hope they work that out. My ideal would be the legion frame with this slide though.

Quirky little piece. Yeah I don't know about sanding off the Park finish on the inside that's meant to help protect the firearm from corroding. You could always put some mild polishing compound in the rails and then rack it A couple of hundred times. Or take it out and shoot it. It will break it naturally. But I certainly would not go stripping off the protective coating. Another note I don't think Rock island amory actually makes anything, They're more of an importer. I just bought and I'm waiting to receive one of their Beretta 92FS clones from Turkey. They call it the Melik ( If I spell that correctly) It translates into king. I have high hope for it, It looks like a really high quality piece.
