This is why it's illegal to pass on the right side of traffic and also illegal in 31 states to lane split! Even though this is not lane splitting its causes the same type of accidents theirs no possible way to see these cyclists coming when trying to exit to the right at that speed

That was a 1928/29 Model A originally. A popular modification for those cars was to convert them to a Speedster or boattail. That is what you see here. They were mostly used in racing and performance applications and very few survived. This is most likely a replica.
