I reccomend the gatekeeper over the frenzy auto but make sure it has a drum mag or put one on

Thanks for the post Michael, and thanks for letting me know you got it working correctly. My immediate thought, especially when you stated that the lock was installed professionally, was that you received faulty parts. Anyway, this is video is helpful in case I run into the same thing.

Yes. Prodigy was extremely helpful. They were very responsive and gave me lots of suggestions. I installed new hinge screws, which helped level the door and did some re-shaping of the cutout in the door where the deadbolt goes through and the strike plate is attached. Ultimately, I had a bad part, which Prodigy replaced for me at no cost and they also provided a different style of door handle, which worked much better with my door. The other repairs were probably not needed but my installation is very clean now. It all works great now.

Do you try with the handle in the right way? I mean, it looks than your interior handle is for right side doors, and you need to change it to left side. I don’t know but may be that’s matter. I am interesting in your review because I am considering to buy this smart lock. Greetings from PARAGUAY,

Greetings! I had to put the handles as shown otherwise they would rub against the door frame or the window frame. Ultimately, I had a bad part, which Prodigy replaced for me. Lock is working great now
