Thank you for showing us sometimes the plan doesnt always work out and you have to adapt and adjust. I've been watching so many "perfect" videos and its so discouraging. Your table is beautiful BECAUSE its not perfectly square or perfectly flat.

My concern with this is the dirt rotting the posts over time. You could be hit in the head or body by the rotted post or worse a total collapse. . Im not sure about this.
@justinandjessdiy17 күн бұрын
There's some validity to your concerns, as with any wood exposed to soil, over time it will begin to rot. Alternative is to secure to concrete or in it. Unfortunately, we weren't able to do this, but ultimately, this project was more for fun and probably will be moved in the future! 😄

You can remove the screws if you need to remove the legs. Take a wood screw, place it on the center of the wood dowel plug and screw it in. When the screw bottoms out on top of the screw head hold the gussets it will push the dowel out exposing the screw underneath.

If you have a hole just use woodglue mixed with sawdust. Fills it right in and looks like wood. Cuz it is. :)
@stevev2474Ай бұрын
I bought this saw and it works great. Dust is a problem where most saw dump it out the side with a large opening. With this saw it dumps the dust out the back and the exhaust hole is not big enough and gets clogged on a heavy cut. I took my Dremel and cut and made the exhaust hole larger which works much better now. With the hose adapter on it closed off the exhaust hole even more, after I opened it up now there's a normal opening to exhaust and to vac up the dust.
