It’s actually crazy how poorly designed this thing is

What size screw for the base ? I purchased for our newborn and it did not come in the box. I was hoping to just buy it asap from Home Depot ?? Can anyone plz help?

My question is how do I make it not swivel. My model is a little different than this one because I have metal legs and there is a knob instead of a lever to lower and raise the bassinet but basically is the same

What I found best to assemble the top ring was to have the two pieces "in place" already and just one at a time press the small silver button and let them slide in that way

Bought the "HALO Innovations BassiNest Swivel Sleeper 3.0" but I think I may have to return it. The base legs are too high, not flat on the floor like the one shown here so it doesnt go under my bed therefore the bassinet is not really swiveling over my bed, it cant get close enough. Defeats the purpose of me not having to stand up to get my baby out of it anyways. I will have a c-section.

The illustrated instructions are terrible!!! Please add word directions this was so much easier rather than trying to look at pictures with no words to describe the steps

This is terrible 9-months pregnant thinking this would be the easiest thing to set up considering no tools needed and im watching this video over and over and overrrr again pausing even on a flat surface and i still cant get it put together nothing snaps that easily at all the lies this is terrible the whole set up is confusing definitely should’ve labeled the parts that comes with this darn bassinet smh

Not listing the size of the screws is unhelpful when your packing department fails to include them in the cap.

How much does one really cost ?

One of the worst assembling videos out there. No commentary or close angle. The steps are WAY too quick to study the details, so obviously not possible to follow along side by side.

Had ours for two months and the kid doesn’t sleep very well. If he startles or moves during the night the whole thing wobbles and shakes. No way to ‘lock’ it in place for stability’s sake. Even basic pack n plays seem more stable. Am I missing something?

I have this exact model and the lock won’t slide. I cannot lock the retractable wall as a result. I followed the instructions perfectly. Please advise.

Halo you should be ashamed of yourself. I opened this thing and incorrectly stated it would be pretty easy since there are literally no tools. I got put in my place pretty damn quick. Took a bathroom break to look for videos. This comments section validates everything. I'm gonna try and tag team this thing with my wife after the toddler goes to sleep. Or maybe tomorrow lol. I'm sweating and angry right now.

I literally cut myself trying to put the pieces together. That's how hard it was for me.

This bassinet is a cold, sterile prison for my child. I shouldn’t have to spend an extra $60 on some fabric and clips to make it more comfortable for a newborn.

A horrible design don’t not buy. If you are assembling, put back in box and return.

Why isn't this available in Canada?

This thing really pissed me off 🥲 literally as I’m typing this the leg is stuck in the first hole, it won’t come out or go in anymore.

Best advice I can give you all now. Do. Not. Buy. This . Unless you absolutely have no other option. Send it back NOW. The tabs/push pins are stiff. The poles which go into the top side of the bed into the lock sockets are VERY stiff. Just trying to disassemble it my thumb got cut just from pushing the pin in to remove the upper pole. Once built it is sturdy, but it is kind big and since you really can't fold it or anything to move it easier you run into needing to remove the legs which are HARD.

The comments make me feel SEEN! This is very frustrating to put together at least the top part is. I was determined until I started getting upset, had to take a break lol

I was about to tweak out for real. This looks easy but this was literally the worst thing I have ever installed in my life. It shows it's portable.. I am NEVER taking this thing apart again EVER.

Assembling the rim of this was a nightmare! As a pregnant Momma, please make this easier!!! I had to fight with it forever and broke out in a sweat working to assemble just this step! After that the rest was easy.... But that rim was awful!

Can you lock it so it doesn’t swivel? Our toddler likes spinning it around so we haven’t put the baby in it yet…

Whoever wrote the instructions and/or made this video needs fired. My 2 year old son could come up with better instructions that would be easier to follow. 20 minutes of cussing later, baby is sleeping in it and seems to love it.

Okay. I love the style and how it fits against your bed. But dear Jesus, take me now. I was fully ready to throw this away and buy something else. The price is all that makes it worth it. No it is absolutely NOT portable, i promise once you put it together you’re never going to want to take it apart. It is not easy or for the faint of heart when you have a crying infant while trying to build this. I got it relatively quickly compared to what i’ve seen others say. It took maybe 20 minutes. Install both of the first parts on each side only attaching one side at a time. then go back and put the other parts in. use the ground to hold things together or get a second person involved. i highly recommend getting a second person involved. I did not and boy did i wish i had waited for husband to come home and share the insanity. I spent a good 10 minutes trying to shove the parts in on each side one at a time and it absolutely does not work, do one attachment on each side and go back to fully connect it. once you get over the initial basket assembly the rest is extremely easy. But wow, Y’all have got to put those parts together when you ship it. As if being a mom isn’t already stress inducing, take some high blood pressure meds before this. and maybe a xanax. i lost years off my life installing this.

the video makes it seem so easy, but i’m struggling so badly to get the top rim assembled. kinda wish that part came preassembled bc it really wouldn’t make a difference in the box. going through the comments on this vid though, i’m kinda glad i’m not the only one struggling 😅
