Hi! I just got my Zray board and am having trouble with the fin. I can only push it so far into the fin box. It seems like there's a separate piece of plastic with ridges in the track that's stuck...did you have to remove that to get the fin in?

Titebond is easier to apply and cleanup and it seems to be just as strong. It’s waterproof as well. It dries a little quicker as well speeding up the process.

Hey Gary, thanks for posting these videos!! I purchased the same kit. I am having some issues and can't get any response from Jarvis.. I am building the skeleton now. I have/had the tabs glued. Then when I got to the front it seemed the board was curling down toward the water instead of up... I ended up peeling a bunch of pieces off and trying another way.. Not sure I have it right.. Or how to ask. Lol I hope through watching your video, I have it correct. I guess we'll see.

@@mstrpistol it does seem to curve the wrong way but it is right. You guys the front off at the end and add solid wood to form the nose. It will work out just fine. I had the same thoughts when building but it works out in the end.
