The Targaryens had trouble with the faith during Aegon and his sisters Reign. Eventually Visenya’s son Maegor after battling 8 knights for the throne mounted Balerion and burned all of them in their place of worship. Not the best way… but they didn’t have a major problem again for hundreds of years.

My interpretation was that Sansa didn’t tell Jon because she didn’t want to tip her hand to Ramsey. Jon is my favorite character, but he isn’t good at playing the game. I was mad at Sansa the first time I watched. So I do get what you mean. I understood it more upon a second viewing, and knowing how Ramsey is. He tricked Jon even when Sansa warned him not to fall into any traps.

There are two reasons for Sansa not to tell Jon about the army at The Vale. First, she didn't want to ask Peter for help because she didn't trust him. He betrayed her. He turned her over to the Boltons. She just told him she never wanted to see him again. Also, Jon would never have agreed to it. Baelish is dangerous! He has betrayed their entire family.

Sansa won't explain anything, because in reality she is a complete fool and has been like that throughout the entire series. Just a sheep. But now “smart scriptwriters” will stubbornly mold Sansa into a super-smart and calculating girl, another “strong and independent” one. In general, we are already gradually approaching the moment (the first bells were back in season 5 and now they are ringing louder in season 6) when there are questions about... what is happening in the show. And I won’t spoil it, but if you look critically, there will be a lot of questions)

I read the comment a few times but am still confused by it. My understanding from the show and the books is that Sansa is learning from both Cersei and Baelish. She was Baelish's bastard daughter, Alleyne Stone, for a while. Her shadiness is just her being baby Baelish, imo. Feels like am missing something. Yah?
@Parovozik4ek

@@TengAi21 And it will be shown in an extremely “clumsy” and “stupid” way. There is no reasonable explanation for the fact that she hid important military information about the knights of the valley from her “brother”, while it was she who initiated the start of the military conflict against the Boltons, agitating John for this. Because of her stupidity, the original plan was drawn up, because of which a lot of people died and John himself could have died. This is just stupidity, and nothing more. At the same time, the writers will persistently tell us that Sansa is “very smart.” Further on in season 7-8, the actions that Sansa takes also infuriated me personally, made me angry, and sometimes frankly caused bewilderment. But I won’t give specifics to avoid spoilers.

As far as my opinion on Sansa's reluctance to tell Jon the truth -- I agree the story falls a bit flat there but I chalk it up to Littlefinger's dangerous influence... and her trying to come into her own but after her shitty experiences she just can't allow herself to trust others.
