For the Walmart zone I live in hardly anyone tips are ,it goes for doordash ,insta cart ect. They may tip $2,$4 little higher once a awhile or 10 percent. It very frustrating someone wanted 89 item shop order no tip. I can move farther to another zone where people generally tip better.

Regarding requesting specific shoppers, some of my regular customers that I've shopped for many times have asked me if there was a way for them to request me specifically as they're so unhappy with the shopping, bagging, and delivery performance of other Spark shoppers Some customers don't like that many Spark drivers are smokers, or they're sketched out by their appearance, the way they dress, the vehicle they drive, offensive bumper stickers, their passengers etc Looking at some of the sketchy Spark drivers, Spark drivers that smoke on deliveries, passengers that smoke on deliveries, and the sketchy vehicles many drive I wouldn't want them anywhere near my properties, nor handling my groceries I've shopped for many customers dozens of times, so I've wondered if the algorithm favors me when I'm available as these customers always give me good reviews, and thank me in the chat

Regarding checking with a Walmart associate, I'll sometimes as associates to check for very large items like bikes, furniture, strollers, child car seats, televisions etc, however not small, and common items If it's a well paying shopping offer I'll sometimes ask associates to check for other items, however this is almost always a waste of time as most won't check, they pretend to check, or disappear My record is 3 associates in a row that disappeared after going in the back of the store to check for an unassembled bike, and 3 associates in a row that disappeared while looking for someone to unlock a locked case Each time required finding a manager, who laughed when I informed them that their associates disappeared as this is so common that all we can do is laugh abou it With the growing numbers of low paying single, and especially double shopping offers with moderate to high item counts, Spark shoppers can't afford to waste their time , nor go above and beyond anymore That time you waste asking an associate for help, and the wasted wait time will likely cost you a lot of money, and missed opportunities The success rate of asking an associate for help for an out of stock item is slim to none Most recently all Walmart branded milk was out of stock on the cooler shelves, and most substitutions were out of stock as well, however we could see many gallons, and half gallons of milk sitting on the cooler floor which hadn't been stocked I asked multiple associates for help as my commercial customer needed a lot of milk, and other Spark shoppers, and Walmart customers needed milk as well It took 3 associates, and 20-something minutes before they started stocking the cooler shelves despite so many Walmart associates standing around doing nothing Rotisserie chickens are almost always out of stock at my home stores, so I often ask deli associates how long before the next batch is ready, and have them save one or more for my customers if the timing is right

I don’t know if it’s the same, I worked for Shipt (another grocery shopping delivery job) and it really is a skill…. I was not good at it. Picking which stores, what items the customers had, and what locations the stores were at to save the ware and tare on my car. And lastly, most of them don’t tip

Im spark deliveri driver. Watch some of your videos. Ive been tip baited multiple times including today lost 10$ lost $12 other day. Ill take no tip if its worth it.
