I think you not giving attention to the wall and kitchen granite cracks which seems to be some things serious. at any point of time the items whichs are fixed on the wall will fall down, please be careful.

While the filter is good, annual service from AO smith to change the filters is hopeless. They are quick to take AMC charges once the year is over but are not interested to provided the service thereafter. That too in a city like Mumbai.
