This looks like it will be absolutely delicious! Look forward to trying it! So glad I found your channel. I got here by googling "Senegalese Yassa Chicken" after I had received one of my weekly emails from Chris Kimball's Milk Street .... which mentioned: "Guest teacher, New York restaurateur and Friend of Milk Street Pierre Thiam joins us to teach you how to make Chicken Yassa the Senegalese way. Made across West Africa, Chicken Yassa is full of chilies, LIME and caramelized onions. In class, Pierre will teach you three recipes and multiple techniques to transform your cooking no matter what you make. First, we’ll make the main course and you’ll learn why this is the time to marinate your chicken, how to properly caramelize onions and when to use spices and aromatics like mustard, bay and scallions. Traditionally a grilled dish, we’ll be making the chicken on the stovetop...."
