I couldn't finish the video cause I didn't know why the new design was important. Please just tell us at the beginning and then Ill sit through how to make it. Otherwise, I'll just Google it.

@@AGlimpseInside just a thought that any of English teacher might give is to give a concise description at the beginning of the writing. It's supposed to be helpful. I don't subscribe to channels that take minutes to tell me why the video is valuable and a lot of other people feel the same way. It can be described in a sentence with an hour long demonstration. Not about being patient, its about deciding where to spend time.

Nice drill press cabinet and nice presentation but, like several other people mentioned, you don't share your cabinet dimensions or a link for plans, at some monetary price, of course.

Hi Chris. Great video! I’m just down the road from you in St Augustine. I’m curious to know how wide your French cleats are? I.e. what did you set your fence to once you cut off the first 45 degree angle. Thanks in advance.

I'm hoping you read your a/c unit manual to find out the exact distance you should be putting up even vented walls for airflow. If not, you could be violating your a/c warranty & cause your unit to wear down the sooner than later. I just had a new side-discharge heat-pump installed & the manual was very clear not to put up anything within a certain distance that could inhibit airflow - including vented walls, like yours. I want to put a roof over mine to shade it. So, I'll go by my manual & eventually build one. I'm just not as good at building stuff, like you are. I tend to put off projects, like this... lol

coming from engineering and manufacturing background for 10 years, I know what it takes to go from initial concept, to preliminary design, to manufactures, test, revise, test, and release to production. Ive worked on circuit boards, cable design, and sheet metal of all shapes and sizes. Looking at that design from woodpeckers and for that cost point, its about right @70$ In fact, i think it might be a smidge over but its hard to gage labor, design, and shipping cost so I give it to them. On the other hand, I am a new subscriber to your channel! first and foremost great job and Im glad that your sales are offsetting your loss in salary from corporate America. What i don't understand is the products your selling. Are you selling only products that you invented or reselling items that you have seen else where and making them your own?

You’re called trim head screws or flush trim screws sometimes they go by different names but they’re kind of all over the place now even in your big box stores and typically they use a number 15 Starbit

given many houses over double the size of your shop use a single 16x20x1 or 16x24x1 filter for a whole house air handler, I think having four of them will give plenty of airflow for your single minisplit unit, even when partially clogged.

@@AGlimpseInside Thanks for the reply. I meant you used 3/4" thick material then put the 1/2" runners on it with a gap between them that you used as the slides.. How wide were they and the space between them
