Great bargains there, those albums are a steal. And their paper is very high quality. That birthday pack had quite a few designs that could be for everyday, definitely not restricted to boy birthdays.

I am looking for a reasonable scanner to archive my 12 x 12 scrape book pages. I just came across you KZfaq page. Can you recommend a good scanner? Any help you can give would be so helpful. Thank you!

I am using my Brother Scan N Cut because it has a 12x12 built in scanner. It's working great. I've had a few pages that had buttons that would not feed into the machine and I had to remove them then re-add them! Really happy with the Scan N Cut. I tell folks to purchase the cheapest model since the price only increases for more built-in patterns. There are large scanners, similar to large printers, and I have not looked into those. Sorry. I suggest doing a Google search to find some technical reviews of scanners. I have an Epson FF-680W for photos up to 8.2x11 and love it.

I've enjoyed all the different interpretations of the original August SLOC layout and think yours turned out just as nice as the original. The papers are right up my alley. I like the orange, but you're right that it can be a bit overpowering. I certainly wouldn't be aghast if I received one -- ha! Thanks for the inspiration.

Great cards with the Sheetload August, 2024. I haven’t made a set yet, but I think I will try the original template with the slice down the middle from one side to the other just to see how that will look. Thanks for showing your take on the Sheetload.

If you cut that edge off of the Creative Memories pages do you think it would be fine? Is there a way to adjust the thickness or is it just pretty standard paper weight w/ cardstock??

EDGE -- Hey, I have tried with the entire page and it works! See this newer video -- kzfaq.info/get/bejne/h9tyZth1qL2qnJc.html to see how it works! You turn the page sideways!! THICKNESS -- The only thickness I've had trouble with, is really thick embellishments such as buttons and bling. I've simply removed the buttons and popped them back on after scanning! I have used Thickers (letters) for my titles and those scan fine.

I always love your choice of papers. Both of these paper pads are so cute and great colors. I think Crafty Al mentioned she was going to adjust that second one to an A2 size sometime in the next few months, so it will be interesting to see her dimensions when that comes out.

The new pages are half an inch wider than the old pages but do not stick out past the edge of the old albums.

OOOooooo I love embroidery. The tool with the hook is to thread the needle. Generally, embroidery floss comes in 6 strands. Nice to not have to divide. Have fun!!! Glad to hear your mom is doing better.

If it was having a hard time scanning with the letters on your page, what about other embellishments? I want to do this but I have so many pages with thicker pieces that I don’t think it would work. Can you demonstrate even thicker pages on another video?

I wanted to get the wide shorter drawers then I wanted the alexwith the file cabinet but now I might stick to getting the 9 drawers and using the bracket hack for the bottom two drawers to I have more space and I have a filing drawer. Thanks so mich
