This title is so dissapointing… so if I’m 41, I’m in the same category as ladies in their 60-ies and 70-ies??? I’m supposed to be old and behave calm and dance in appropriate manner?? 🤢 Are we back in the 19th century? 😬

sing like nobody is listening, dance like nobody is watching...! I will always dance like I want to and anyone else can do the same. IDGAF if someone thinks I'm embarrassing. If someone thinks they need to judge other people it is their problem, not mine. Leave us alone with your ageism.

I stumbled onto this video as I've been searching for "dance fitness" to do at home. While this isn't what I was looking for, it brought a smile to my face. This is some solid advice and a good breakdown of movement for those who are beginners and/or just don't know what to do with their bodies when the music drops. I'm sure this video has been super helpful to a lot of people!

This is great advice for acquiring any skill, but I think it's especially visceral when it comes to dance -- the feelings of self-consciousness, inability to tolerate showing our ineptitude to others, the tendency to move from feelings of awkwardness to self-loathing.

It would be SO helpful if you showed the move with the camera behind you at least a few times, so we can see it from the same perspective that we're dancing it, rather than mirrored!! (Turn around and face away from the camera, so we can see it from the back.) ❤

Hay, I am a dance beginner with no much of a technique. I was a musician and it was me who played and the others did the motion. Now it is my turn to express the feelings and energy of the music I love. The link I attach here is my all times favorite song and I wonder if you could be so kind to suggest a type of motions or steps that could be in your opinion most adequate to that. By the way, what do they call that beat nowadays? kzfaq.info/get/bejne/o516oa-ImtvDg2Q.html
