Good morning sister, i am a nurse as well in the uk and from Ghana, i am still a bit confused about the extra 2hours of work restriction, is it ok to work with the trust that gave you sponsorship for more than 20hours a week? Is it only outside of your trust you cannot work more than 20hrs, could you please help get it clear. Thank you Abigail

I’d say half a cup and use 1/2 tsp. I tried the salt thing yesterday and my gums felt so weird it was unbareable. So definitely use 1/2tsp of salt if this is your first time
