How many sets you do is dependent on how intense the set is. Higher intensity = lower set and vice versa

So so for example I do the 12 to 18 sets of chest in one session is that good or I have to split them because I train every muscle separately. What you think. And thanks
@danialrafid
@danialrafid 4 күн бұрын
You should split them over multiple days.
@Donari

Id rather work each muscle group atleast twice a week than destroy them once a week it takes like 2 days to recover from a workout so there really isnt a reason to wait a whole week before training again
@xerikl
@xerikl 3 күн бұрын
Wow, that's a lot to do in 1 session. It's highly likely you're not working hard enough if you can do that many together. Try doing 1 set and keep going until you physically cannot lift the weight, this will teach how failure feels like

For you new lifters out there, most of what this guy says in his video is based. Only his take on pull-overs are ridiculous, don't sleep on them especially the machine pull-over. Just make sure to flare your elbows to activate the lats, which they didn't do in that study.

Don’t agree. Everyone’s genetics are different. Some guys don’t have six pack abs at 15% body fat. Some of us need to be sub 10% (like myself) for my abs and serratus to be defined. Sub 10% body fat is also very sustainable dependent upon genetics.

according to this video, the watches etc are inaccurate by 40% MAX (I assume), meaning 60% is accurate. 60% in decimal is 0.6. FORMULA TO REMOVE 40% OF THE TOTAL CALORIES BURNED ON THE WATCH ETC x = calories burned on watch x × 0.6 EXAMPLE: 500 calories burned according to watch, subtract 40% to be more accurate. 100% - 40% = 60% 60% = 0.6 500 × 0.6 = 300 300 calories after 40% removed.
