Th is all just pissed me off. The stupidity of these people not seeing that the change was NEVER FAIR. Let’s have engines in NASCAR or F1 racing be double the size. They would look at you like you’re retarded. Keep bringing on guest that were actually the ones that made these decisions. I want to see the face of these idiots with Honda, Yamaha and whoever

The 4 strokes killed amateur racing, and riding areas. The cost of maintaining 4 strokes killed dirt bike racing for us of less financial means, and the louder 4 strokes closed riding areas as well.
@zackk69526 минут бұрын
You say we My Boysen said that the 2 strokes are no where near what 4 strokes could be. Are you kidding me? Line up a 2000 model 2 stroke 250 against todays 4 stroke 250 and using equal riders and there is no way these 4 strokes could win. Think about it. Why do you think they allowed for larger cc 4 strokes to race down a class at around less than half the cc’s? It was because the 4 strokes didn’t have a fighting chance. You guys are really missing how motocross happens and who pays the bills. It comes from the fans who also buy bikes who find interest as kids. A damn kid is not going to see the 4 stroke sounding bad ass when it sounds just like the damn mower that mows the grass. The engine is nothing new to him. He’s not excited about it. You get fans from kids and this is why this sport is failing. We have people making decisions that don’t really have an interest in the sport and they need to be removed. We need people in there that have motocross in their blood and smart enough to handle changing the sport back to the way it should be. This is all such BS
@zackk69539 минут бұрын
The manufacturers knew the big name riders would never have excepted these 4 strikes yet they were all paid big money to shut up about it and not to speak up locally about it. It’s really sick. The modern 450 bike is not a 2 stroke so they are not a spectacle to look at for the fans. The 125’s and 250’s are what the fans want to see. The sound of those bikes horrible. It’s embarrassing! Motocross needs to reclaim its sport and start racing race bikes instead of these lawnmowers
@zackk69543 минут бұрын
So this puts a piece of …. face on who made these changes. It killed the sport. The 4 strokes are not race bikes. They had to increase the cc just so they could even compete with the 2 strokes. The old 2000 2 strokes could easily race the unfair double cc 4 strokes even today allowing that they used modern technology on the 2 strokes. Honda was by far the biggest winner in the 2 stroke era and produced the finest and most dependable machines in the CR lineup yet they pushed for 4 strokes. I don’t get this decision by Honda. Are they that stupid? If they built a 2025 CR lineup of 2 strokes there would a waiting list for years and allow the to race a fair race with equal cc’s racing. You might say well then the 4 strokes wouldn’t be able to win. Now you get my f…… point. Someone needs to take over Honda

Jase, say the other sport is NASCAR. 14 seconds a lap is far too much difference BUT, in NASCAR, there are no jumps, there are no doubles, triples, or quads. There are no whoops, or ruts, or mud, or sand. That is why they don't have 14 second differences.

@kurtheidelbach2 сағат бұрын
If Davey is so into it then he should give them free entry LOL. Yeah, they definitely need to be separated. We are the only sport that allows such and extreme difference in athletes on the same court, track, or field. Let alone just having Bubba show up in his pick-up. Having a new format will actually give the better riders more support ultimately. It's actually better for the high performing privateers. There are way too many factory teams coming on board and the non-factory supported privateer will slowly be on their way out anyways. Pure privateers can't even afford the equipment to be competitive. If anything, make a stock privateer class that they can afford and show their talent.

A fuel injected modern built 450 2 Stroke will smoke a 450f

I’m not sure how this would affect the logistics with the stadiums and everything but what if on Friday we did a mini qualifying before normal press day where only the top 15 qualifiers from that qualifying session are allowed to participate in qualifying on Saturday. And the guys who made the main event the previous week get an automatic qualifier into the Saturday qualifying and don’t have to deal with the Friday qualifying. I feel like this would heavily trim the fat for the events on Saturday while still allowing the privateers to show up and qualify.

Then get rid of the factory riders and just race the privateers!..................That sounds exactly as stupid as your proposal. AND, you are not speaking for most moto fans. The fans that are real riders know what it means to be a privateer and they will disagree with you. The race would be far better watching 40 privateers on the line than just 15 pros.
