Ok bc of your video i touched it out with breathing through it and grabbed my phone and started texting my wife to take my mind off of the pain. Thanks hope this gives me some relief, I can not walk at the moment bc the joint is inflamed. Also did not know my foot can turn so many colors lol

When i tried this, it feels like theres a "clunk" in my right inner arm, between the bicep and tricep. Ive been using a theragun to massage that area, along with taking it easy bodybuilding wise the past few weeks. I know this is an old video, but if youre still responding do you know what that "clunking" means?

This hit the freaking spot, thank you! Do you have any input on working with pain in this exact area it's targeting? I feel it during push ups and other press motions, guessing its the coracobrachialis.

Why do I only have these muscles on the left side of my neck? When I flex them, no matter how hard, they only show on the left side but nothing on the right. Its almost like they don't even exist. Even when I press to feel if they are there I cannot feel anything. Is it normal to not have them on one side?
