How do you get the stone look although the Polyurea is black?

So, it's best to leave the tip soaking in carb cleaner or acid overnight? Does that help prevent buildup throughout the day or ensure the tip is clean at the beginning of the next day?

What is that yammering on about. The work window of polyurea is seconds. It's near impossible to put fabric on freshly sprayed polyurea.

I use the old style half mask with the googles SAS SAFETY sells, because they seal around the top of the mask perfectly and when the goggles get all scratched up I just use a new set of them! I really only use this for the occasional rustproofing of my truck, once in spring and once in fall. The pump does seem to be quite reliable, and durable. I bought my Allegro, supplied air system on ebay years ago used and got lucky with it still having tons of life left in it. Everything is user friendly, replacing the carbon vanes is easy and the filters are a quick change as well. Part of my pump is a cast metal, so I do not store it in a damp place or it will corrode up on me. I have bought parts for it through Ideal supply, where I live in Canada and have saved on shipping rates. I have the 1/3 hp pump and it weighs about 33 lbs. I mounted it to a solid rubber block for anti vibration and bolted it through a 12"x 12," 3/4" thick plywood base for more stability, using 4, round headed bolts, recessed in and coming up from the bottom. Make sure that the intake filter on your pump is far from your spray or contaminates or it will suck it up and feed it back to you! There are different lengths of hose to consider if the 50' one is not long enough. My pump has a mole hair filter on it and I cover that with a empty toilet paper role with top end sealed, when not in use to prevent it form gathering dust also if you have a cat it may rip it to pieces for fun because it is very reminiscent of a mouse. Also Make sure that the hose and mask are always connected to the pump before you start it or damage may occur. There it a date code sticker on the top of the pump with the last to digits being the year of manufacture. For myself personally I found the medium half mask to be a little too big for my face, with the straps not being able to adjust as snugly as i would like. In the future I may seek out one in size small if it exists. If you set the pump up on a chair or something off the ground, make sure that you do not yank on the hose causing the pump to fall off! When I used the unit for some spray painting, I found that after I bought some disposable goggle over spray protectors from SAS, that I was about to trace around one, on a roll of clear plastic film and cut it out and make my own make shift ones, using several little pieces of scotch tape to secure it to the front of the glasses! All in all for the price I paid, I really like it, for me it is low maintenance and is a huge step up from a filter type mask in terms of breathing comfort and I am very happy to have it.

Graco E-10 can't spray polyurea because the pressure is low, Graco also recommend that Graco E-10 and E-20 arre not designed to spray polyurea, just spray polyurethane foam

This is not variable ratio foam. This is a demonstration of the Graco Fusion Clearshot spraygun and its variable flow valve. To fuck with off-ratio formulas you'd need a special delivery system.

I have checked diamond liners.com and see all sorts of equipment for sale but absolutely no material. Where do I get this material once I purchase this no heat sprayer? The reason I ask is that almost all polyurea manufacturers say at least 160deg heating temp for the spray system with recirculation at the gun. Yet, you are spraying this at room temp and leaving a link to just the equipment. I am very happy with the system I have been using in my addition from sprayez.com but at some point I am looking to refit my house and this looks a little less messy. I can still get my foam from them with a graco e8p. However for doing polyurea on a sidewalk or garage floor I might need this type of option. You all are leaving out a bit of info it seems.

yes it can spray foam and polyurea but you can't fill the tanks all the way otherwise the foam will froth at the top.
