What a bunch of idiots! That mustang has more sense in her horseshoe (which, obviously, she isn't wearing) than all of you combined. Playing "Cowboy" might eventually work. But a helicopter, vet, and tranquilizer gun would have gotten her the first day. Or chasing her with drones and lots of extra batteries to exhaust her, saving the poor saddled horses... All the fun you're having is obviously not very productive. Eventually, you're going to get lucky (and a totally winded mustang) on your side. But a trained helicopter pilot and vet would have been so much more effective! Idiots all! With the exception of one mustang!

Leave her alone. You can easily buy wild mustangs from the BLM. But don't separate them from their family members, if any. Wild horses live in herds.
