We will not use a buyer's agent and never sign any agreement, or pay any fee/commission to a buyer's agent. We will go directly to the seller/listing agent/FSBO. Also, to buyers and sellers, be very careful what you sign, as some contracts (listing agreements, purchase agreements, and/or buyers agreements) are worded so that you will have to pay commission/fees EVEN if the house you have an accepted offer falls through and does not close, or if your house is listed, and does not sell. I saw on SC's new purchase agreement that the buyers and sellers still have to pay commission/fees even if the house sale falls through! The wording in those contracts can be very tricky, so be watchful. Seems this new law has opened the door for all sorts of shady practices now, and I think this will eventually cause a lot more people to go FSBO in the future. And, you can see how discriminatory and manipulative this new law is, as it allows agents to blackball sellers whose listed properties are not willing to pay a full 3% to a buyer's agent, and it causes buyers to be limited in what houses they can view. Seems this is enough unfairness to start another lawsuit...

Hi we are to rent a villa in the area in may 2025 for 2 weeks then off to Englewood for one week. top video by the way. just asking please you mentioned the club house there as a bar and food is that correct. and can you please let me know is the supermarkets not far away like Publix and Walmart and is there any bars and restaurant's just a short drive away. many thanks Andy from England U.K.

Yes the clubhouse has a bar and food. I have not eaten there so I can't give you my opinion whether it is good. There is a Publix supermarket just 1 mile down on Hwy 17/92 The nearest Walmarts are about 20 minutes away in either direction. Where the Publix is there is a bar called the Tap House which is a nice place to have a drink. There are a couple of Restaurants there also. Most of the Main Restaurants are at Championsgate which is about 15 minutes away by exit 58 off the Interstate. Hope that helps.. Enjoy your trip next year.

Idk if I agree with the 2031 estimates Hurricanes are becoming worse & rent over the next 6 years will see some change. Housing market might crash, Florida might have impacts, governments will change - we can't just assume the current trend to remain unchanged :)

You can Kayak in the lakes, just be aware that alligators are in everybody of water in Florida. There are bike trials around, I would suggest going to triallink.com to search the trails around Deavenport

I do not believe so. If you are a part of Disney's College program and you are living in their accomodations there, they have Disney bus transportation, you would have to show a pass that you are a part of their college program to ride the bus, as member of the public I am pretty sure there are no Disney bus's that go to Flamingo Crossing.

Yes.. It starts on the south end at the intersection with World Center Drive. The first few miles going north is mostly undeveloped. The main part of International Drive is really from the Convention Center heading north all the way to the Bass Pro Shop and the Orlando Outlet Marketplace.

Hi loved the video !! I’m coming down in a week I rented a car how far is the airport to international drive? I’m picking up the rental from the airport and I heard horror stories about the airport in Orlando so a bit nervous.

International Drive is about 10 miles from the Airport. Orlando Airport is no busier for arriving passeangers than another major U.S. airport. When you leave Orlando you may want to plan on being at the airport 3 hours ahead of your flight. depending on whether you are checking a bag and you are using the regular TSA lines. If you rae not checking a bag and you have Pre TSA 2 hours is sufficient.

If you are renting a car from any of the major car rental companies the toll passes are already in the car when you rent it.. If not Sunpass or Epass are the 2 main ones. Seaworld to Disney use I-4 Interstate, it will take you about 30 minutes

There are some Single Family homes in the area that area for sale around $500,000 . Currently there are a couple of homes that are less than 2 years old for sale in Waterleigh with a list price of $520,000 D.R. Horton have a couple of Floor Plans that they build that start at $520,000 in Waterleigh. There are a few Re Sale homes listed for sale in the high 400's in some areas a few miles from Waterleigh, those homes are generally 15 to 20 years old though.
