Joint custody and Child Support in some States are handled in 2 seperate court systems. If the Father is skipping out on all responsibility then child support becomes the priority. Let me lay out the costs to support a child food, medical, dental and vision coverage if needed, and life insurance, costs for school aged kids, before and after school care, clothing and personal items, extra curricular activities, transportation to and from school. AND the fact the child lives with the Mom by default meaning she can't even go grocery shopping without making sure the kids are being cared for... So yeah if the Father isn't doing half of this to help with the child... He needs to contribute one way or the other. To not provide financially or physically far as being there to help then you put the child in position to NOT have a good quality of life. This female probably don't have kids and she in my opinion is the one toxic. She's the same female like Most Women that expect Men to support her grown a$$ financially BUT saying he shouldn't pay child support for his kids that he doesn't live with... come on now with this ignorant mentality. In the eyes of the Law the Parent not living with the child needs to contribute financially raising kids isn't free its very damn expensive and I'm a Parent who was lucky enough that My kids Dad is a real Man that took care of his kids financially and physically without child support
