Question, what would you recommend for me who has been increasing the amount I walk but when walking for too long my knees will start hurting? Would electrolytes help, does fish oil actually help?

I used all your tips and I’m literally in the best shape of my life. Going to Miami this year and my friends are talking about dieting and restricting and all I have to do is eat and go to the gym like I’ve been doing. I didn’t plan on healing my relationship with food in 2024 lol but it’s been monumental for my health in all aspects

I try to eat pretty high volume throughout the day, also a bigger breakfast and bigger dinner without lunch seems to help because I can have more exciting meals and not think about food in between them. Particularly on a cut, I find 2 larger meals of 500 calories and the rest made up from a couple snacks, coffees etc works well.
@MissFitAndNerdy2 күн бұрын
Yeah when I eat lunch I feel like I have to think about food all day. But if I just eat a big breakfast and big dinner, it leaves so much more space in my day/brain to think about other things haha

@@MissFitAndNerdy this!!! Also pointing out I do have breakfast at 10am so it’s not like I’m waiting hours and hours, I just don’t get how people fit lunch in. I’m a breakfast, work bits, gym, maybe a snack at 4 and then dinner and bedtime snack gal.

A big smoothie with protein, carbs and fat that you can prep the night before and take, or overnight oats are great!

How do I do ounces n pounds?.. how do I do with kg n ml? Is it good enough? Ik there is diffrence as this is more detailed how much then ur way.. I love the vids, but there is just so much, that Idk how to remember everything all the time. Idk even how to put short notes of everything to remember, just put it all like into a book. I really struggle with memory, n dont wanna waste time rereading, or re watching all the time for every lil thing. What do I do? I need like a hire to put everything in small lil note's, but I think that silly.. 😅 🙃

32 ounces of water ’every’ hour for five hours - will NOT crave anything that day!! Do this EVERYDAY and will be crave free. Not saying it is the best thing to do - but it Really Does Work. It has become an addictive habit <also throw in some sodium chloride here and there> and self-control with food has become a SUPERPOWER.

As someone with a number of food sensitivities I crave a number of foods all the time :( I will do the thing of over eating other foods because I crave the one “off limits” food but they ARE actually off limits to my body not just a social construct. And because of some of the annoying ones it’s not like I can just go to a gluten free bakery and be fine to pick up a fun pastry now and then. 😢

I developed a bunch of food allergies in high school… and I still crave the foods I could eat as a kid. Best thing I’ve found is to take a multivitamin daily- I usually crave things if I’m deficient in something

I feel like when I have a big breakfast I am super hungry the rest of the day.... its like I break the seal to my hunger....
@user-ed8jy8gx5z3 күн бұрын
Try having savory breakfast high in protein and fats and moderate in carbs, meaning having a slice of whole grain bread and fruit is fine but don’tget yourself a bowl of oats. I feel like that works best for me, if I have an entire sweet (or carb heavy) breakfast (doesn’t matter the source of carbs) I am hungry for the rest of the day. If I start my day with, for example eggs (at say 8) I will not think about food until 14:00
@user-ed8jy8gx5z3 күн бұрын
And make the breakfast nutrient dense. Eggs contain most vitamins so they are good for a start but you could add vegetables or fruit as well :) hope this helps

1. Eat semibiotic foods and beverages like kombucha before a meal 2. Give preference to liquids over solids 3. Find the macro ratio (fats, carbs, protein) that works for you e.g increase carbs and reduce fats 4. Walk after meal 5. Take a digestive enzime an hour before meal 6. Don't feel the need to comsume all the calories in one day, you can compensate in another onej 6. Tea and extra calories after bed

Bro I hate to say this but I’m 15 and I weigh 180, I was on a medication from when I was a toddler that made my appetite increase dramatically, I’ve had it for a very long time and I just got it removed a year ago. I’ve became bulimic at times, I’ve became anorexic at times, it was all a constant cycle of eating disorders. And I lost the weight, but it was really unhealthy, obviously. So when I started to stop starving myself and actually eat stuff, I gained it all back. And I get shamed a lot during PE class, it really discourages me from wanting to exercise. Cause I associate exercise with a bunch of people staring at me and laughing. Which is why I don’t wanna go to the gym. Cause I know people will laugh at me. I don’t know where to start, everywhere I go I get shamed. I wanna be healthy. But how do I be healthy when the path of fitness feels like PTSD?!

I'm 41 and have had a slow metabolism and been maintaining at about 1,200 calories for years and I have been watching your videos which are so helpful. My question is, when reverse dieting, if I started with increasing my intake by 50 cals a week, doss that mean an extra 7 calories a day, then next week 14, then the following week, 21 calories, then 28 calories? Or start eating 50 calories extra today and for the rest of the week and increase it by 50 calories each week, so 100 extra calories the week after this, 150 the week after, 200 extra the following week? That's what I find confusing.
