Another logic is potential energy converts into kinetic energy.. And it continuously loses its motion coverts into heat due to friction.. This way it follows thermodynamic laws and not a perpetual machine..

Everyone arguing we cannot get "infinite" energy from perpetual motion are missing the point. It would still be an effective form of clean energy we could take advantage of in automobiles or anything else. Truth is, we live in an artificially constructed civilization, only reliant on petroleum because that's how our leaders want it. They cannot have everybody living on their own energy, independent of their grid. Governments are incentivized to make you dependent on them. Wake up.

What’s makes a perpetual motion machine?: A perpetual motion machine is a hypothetical machine that can do work infinitely without an external energy source. Why is it impossible?: it would violate either the first or second law of thermodynamics or both. What is perpetual motion?: a state in which movement or action is or appears to be continuous and unceasing. Example: "the planet is in perpetual motion" Conclusion: This kind of machine is impossible. So therefore this video is fake. (“The hardest part of making a infinite perpetual machine is figuring out where to hide the batteries”) End Of Argument :)

Yes Max u r right and also there is friction at the contact point though it is very small but it is there so it will go longer but not infinitely long
