Catching it early is key. And using a water pick after meals, if possible, is effective. Use a water pick at minimum every AM and PM before bed. I refuse to use fluoride! It’s poison, IMO.

You know I never believed that God would give us these bodies and teeth that didn't have the ability to heal themselves. If there's a cure for everything else in nature there has to be a cure for tooth decay in nature. Considering that xylitol puts calcium and phosphorus back into your teeth, that's remineralization and that should heal cavities over time. Mixing it with bentonite clay and packing the damaged tooth also should help tremendously because of the added minerals. And stay away from grains as much as you can because they're terrible for your teeth (phytic acid).

Just got back from the emergency dentist after having a dry socket for over a week. The dentist was so lovely, numbed me up, re-cut the extraction site to cause it to bleed again, put clove oil inside the open wound (antibacterial and in hopes to kill of any surviving nerves) and my gosh the feeling of next to no pain is amazing. Still tender but dry socket has got to be the worse pain I’ve experienced so far
