Ramro video Bhai. Can you put locations in the text box at all? The Bara, do you know what was in it as I’ve not seen fluffy ones like that before they looked a bit like pancakes. The recipes I’ve done use only Dal that’s blended with water. Water MoMos, what’s different to the usual ones found around there? Dherai dhanybaad

Bara is like a Pancake and can be made by lentos here as he explains clearly that it's made by Moong ko Dal, and water momo is directly cooked inside hot boiling water...

When I came It was my first time out of the UK and I was shocked and mesmerised to be in such a wonderful place so far from the UK. Just so much to take in, seeing, hearing, smelling. When I come again we should meet up for my time in Kathmandu and show me some of these and make me sweat with piero khana 🥵😋 Places I enjoyed at Boudhanth were 1. Sherpa Khasa Ghar 2. Amdo kitchen Kalimpong complex, Muktuk Tibetan soup dumplings 3. Bod Thap Restaurant The rest I think you've been to 😂😋👍
