I had an ultrasound biopsy then MRI biopsy in June 2023. Had full mastectomy on Feb 1, 2024 where they found a huge amount of grade 3 IBC which was also in two nodes and my liver. I feel like the last MRI core biopsy altered the microenvironment causing a rapid genetic mutation. Is there an oncologist that would be willing to discuss this?

I just have a simple question. The SUSD6 seems to be specific for immune cells, so its role should be controlling the MHC-I on the immune cells. But how this can be related to the low MHC-I expression on the cancer cells in cold tumor? If we block the SUSD6, will it be helpful to recruit more immune cells into the cold tumor and turn it into hot tumor?
