That whole having to adjust the mixture thing seems so primitive! An ECU could easily do that for the pilot, but these old design planes don't have ECUs. At least with a turbocharged plane, it isn't necessary.

Don't make it complicated. This is a sim game, not a flight on a real plane. Show which command is used for what and in which order I need to press what. Simplify. Of course the brakes or rudder will work unless your fucking controller is broken. It's a simple plane. SIMPLIFY. I want to have fun on MFS and not fly a real plane. Nerd.

You had me until you said the departure was also called the upwind. This is not true. The upwind is separate from the departure as it is also parallel with the runway just in the same direction. It is only ever used on missed approaches. Example of such an approach would be if someone was departing and you had to go around again. You would move off to the side of the run way so you are not flying over the departing aircrafts.

Scan the instruments. Look outside for other planes. Look down for where you will land if the engine quits. And finally trim, trim, trim. Rinse and repeat.

What I don't get is why the atc voices are so terrible. Why couldn't they just use the real voices from fsx

boggles my mind that planes can have amazing electronics and an engine from 1957 Why on earth would a person regulate how much fuel goes into an engine when the engine should know best.

Salutes from Turkey. This is the clear and brief speaking so tutorial video that I watched and offering to who should watch before Ppl training. Not skipped or forget any items with constant obeying to procedures even at sim, not making any noisy disturbing mouth voices. Just flying explaining seriously with out any accent or local language adding. Thank you capt, and all who have right on my training without any color any religion any culture.. I hope will share sky like you peoples.

I am a n00b and MSFS tutorial just skims over the trim in passing. Also, with keyboard controls I find it yanks the yoke just with a single press of a either right-left-up-down key. I wish there was a way to reduce its sensitivity

I think you explain each instrument well, so that even novice sim pilots know each instrument! Even though I have been watching videos for a while, I have still learned something! some assume that you already know all the instruments and then it quickly becomes confusing! especially while flying.
