Hi! Saw your comment on one video. Actually i an a ytuber too. And i applied for monetization but it didnot get monetized saying for repititive content, I would like to know what did you say in your appeal? The way you said. Cause i wanted to appeal too but doesn't actually have an idea, how to do so. If you could tell me it would be a big help 😭

@@Yukicho_o Okay, so first things first, I checked out your channel and saw that the main content on your channel is shorts, not long form videos. The main thing I noticed is that some of your shorts are the same and reposted multiple times. That’s what KZfaq would call repetitive content. When you repetitively post the same content on your channel, again and again in hopes of getting more views and so on. In this case I would say that you should delete the extra content that’s the same and leave the one that’s your best performing short (basically out of all the ones you posted repeatedly pick the one with the most views and leave it, the other ones you can delete) after 30 days you can appeal again. (For that you don’t need to write any appeal form, you’ll just be able to click a button and YT will review your channel again. However if you still haven’t appealed with a video (you can do that if you got rejected recently and it hasn’t been a week) during this time you can’t delete any videos. Basically you make a video appeal and make it unlisted and send it to YT, there’s more info on that in your YT studio I think. Check out this link (it will tell the specifics of the video you need to make) : support.google.com/youtube/answer/9564590?hl=en I can’t necessarily tell you what I said, since my video appeal was unsuccessful and rejected😅 I only got approved after I deleted the shorts that weren’t mine and applied after 30 days, so I only know what happens if you try to re-apply this way. Long story short: You should look through your shorts and find the ones that are repetitive (uploaded more than once, the same video again and again) and you should delete the same ones and only leave one. You don’t need to delete all shorts. I hope this was helpful info for you. I wish you luck on getting approved for monetisation!💖🙌 If you have any other questions you can write to me or you can also check out a channel called VidIQ they covered reused and repetitive content on their channel so I think it will also be helpful.
