The stop loss is one of the worst ideas if the stock goes down, unless there is a huge crash about to come which is unlikely you just need to wait the wave out and this is where 70% of people lose their money as they jump to sell when the market goes down and they lose all their money as this process repeats, just have a take profit to keep your emotions and greed out of your head and make you a more efficient trader, I myself was down £5,000 before lunch but rode the fluctuation and it rose back up to my take profit that afternoon and I made £1,240 in the end, to put it simply the best way to trade is to have emotions of a robot and the intelligence of a genius XD
