Did this when I was in junior high. Youth pastor took us to a Wendys to REALLY push us to stay strong after a day and a half, but we were kids, we didn't even have money to spend if we wanted to "break" and buy food. We did nothing for anyone but ourselves for self congratulatory points. What a sham. You want to make a difference in the world? Donate to an actual non profit, not your church.
