Your biggest damage will come from your pillar of frost. 2nd biggest is from shattering frost strikes

Doesn’t matter with this build since it’s a consistent damage build and it’s not even using the absolute zero for the dragon stun. But all you do is remorseless dnd dragonstun and remorseless will stun out of it.

No lol more clicks and this would also work fine for pve if your finishing ksm or something. Not the most optimized for pve but it’s a sustain damage build.

Dual wield and 2h both work. I’m playing dw because it’s more fun imo but you can play 2h if you want just drop the auto attack talents and icecap.

Is this build actually superior to the 2h frost? Been rocking that in dragonflight and have it now and have the gald gear set up such that i have 106% mastery and 40 % verse. Feels like 2 hander still has a slight edge,no? My obliterates , in an ideal case, with all trinket, cooldowns and stack prock hit 400-500k +

Pretty sure dw is better right now until 80. You get infinite shattering strikes and your oblits barely hit less when you combine both weapons. At the end of the day though both 2h/dw are broken rn so doenst matter what you play.

No not really. All your wounds get eaten by doomburst procs and your dots do a lot of damage

I was using the "same" build in the drzgonflight prepatch with 1H wezpon with the big frost strike. Im rezlly glad to see that i czn play that again !

Yeah you can this builds make for dw though. Just play a normal 2h 1 min build (no icecap) stack everything in 1 min goes

Thank you! Check out my guide from Season 4. The playstyle is the same and It’s a lot more in depth. There isn’t really a defensive rotation I just trade a defensive for their offensive generally.

Do you have a video showing how to survive vs double melee cleave? I find that is the hardest thing to beat as DK when they train you right out of the gate for the entire round…

You just kite when you need to and blind cooldowns. You can also use blood forged against double physical but yes I also have some videos vs melee lobbies to show what i do.

I'm still very new to UDK. Coasted to 1800 off basic pvp knowledge but I'm not great on DK yet. What priority should I be hitting my cooldowns on? My goes look like this Dark Transform -> Abomb -> Unholy Assault -> then Abomb Limb to grip them all into me. Thoughts?

Yeah that is good and apoc after or before the unholy assault if they already have wounds. You basically just have consistent damage with big one shots from doomburst procs.

i cant ditch doomed bidding dude, especially not when sudden doom is so good right now. its just too much fun spamming magus with doom proccs. the cool thing is, you dont actually need magus of the dead talent, doomed bidding will still procc it. i love it.

Dual wield is really good right now. This guide was from a previous patch I’m about to drop the current one and it will include dw for sure :)
