They’ll help !! Drink Lots of water to. And don’t stress out mama you got this! Also don’t stress. Fed is best doesn’t matter if it’s breast milk or formula 🤍

Yes, even before I started using them I would try to pump every 2 hours. That way my body knew I needed more milk
