Thank you so much this I’ll never buy this product again! It shouldn’t be sooo difficult to gauge the temperature I just want a simple regular thermostat…up for higher heat..low for cooler temp!

Guess what that piece is missing so ever since they fixed my toilet by changing the pump I did notice that it would be running for a very long time before it stopped after Flushing and now when I'm trying to get out the door to take my mother to urgent care I hear my toilet still running so I go in take the lid off and see this thing loose ridiculous I don't have time for this and I don't need maintenance or anybody coming in the apartment right now this is ridiculous I can't believe he installed it like this and I feel like he did it just so he could come back

Note: he didn't explicitly say this but on most toilets the nut is reverse threaded so you have to turn ccw to tighten!

Can someone please help me. I still don’t get it please. I tried doing the first thing but it just kept flashing cool down and the temp is at 87 and when I go up or down it shows 65 but then it flashes back to 87

This is the only video I can find on this model how do you make it to where you can just adjusted normally mine is locked numbers will not go up and down but I can hit set stuff and and make matters worse

I just bought one of these. it always reads room temperature as setpoint. room varies between 68 and 72. it is set at 70 and always reads 70. it turns on at 70 and off at 70. its always 70 but room fluctuates by 4 degrees so how can it cycle and always be reading room temp as 70?? never saw this before. usually they turn on at 69 and off at 71 but this one does not move from 70

I hate this stupid thermostat. I do not enjoy this thermostat. Energy efficiency took out my perfect thermostat and replaced it with this program thermostat. I have to go to Home Depot now to purchase a normal thermostat that I can control myself -up and down
