I have the 7 needle that I purchased last year. You said the 7 needle can embroider caps from front to the sides without having to readjust the cap. When did this happen as I have to readjust the cap to embroider the sides?

@@happyjapanusa5139 my machine was delivered to me. I didn’t have anyone to install anything when it was delivered. I think my cap system is already set to wide. I was told that only the 15 needle machine allows you to embroider caps without having to readjust the caps to embroider on the sides.

@@alum7601 understood. You must have purchased through a sub distributor. For future reference, we include full training and setup when you purchase factory direct. www.happyjapanusa.com

@@alum7601 Both machines are able to embroider side to side. As you can see our examples on our webpage, stitched with the 7 needle. We recommend you get in touch with your distributor so they can assign a tech and receive training at your location.

7 and 12 needle are very similar in specs, both use the same large motor, cap driver, large 12.5” square hoops, same panel. Performance wise they’re the same.

Make sure you’re running the newest updates for your machine. Drivers have been tested for windows 7,10 and 11.

@HappyJapan USA mmm. I was contacted by Texmac for a sale of Happy Japan HCU 1501, and they are from North Carolina, so what is this mean? What is going to happen if I buy it? It means no service if the machine needs it? Please let me know because I am looking or for this machine or for the Tajima TMEZ-S1501C, Tajima have service personnel in NY, and they told me they can service my machine if needed. Thanks. Please let me know
