Never place your hands near the blade until the machine has fully stopped...the guard should remain down until the full range of motion is completed.

I have a similar shreddar. I have the ideal destroyit 4002cc. It will not feed paper anymore. When paper is inserted you can hear an audible click when the paper covers the sensor. Any ideas?
