Hello Yes, it can be done without eggs But it is better to use a coarse grater instead of slicing potatoes

don't want soggy fries, just bought yourself freeze french fries at grocery stores and fries it yourself. people who follow your video will be disappointed. safe your time for the audiences here. I have done it, frying a potatoes that wet will get a soggy fries that taste like shit. don't want to be offense to this one but, it is base one my experience.
