Have any of you been to Brisbane? The Brisbane river winds through the city and has very few river crossings open to traffic. Bulimba is approx 8klm to the city, not 4 unless you take a river ferry. A bit misleading don't you think?

Yes, agree. Because of the river, practically it is 8 to 9 kms by road. We should have mentioned it for more clarity.

Yes, you are right. Due to privacy reasons we couldn't not use real property pictures without owners permission so we used stock images.

@@jilinzhe It was rough as guts! The Balmoral hotel was called the Balmongrel and they say if you couldn't get into a fight there you were just plain gutless. A lot has changed.

Wouldn't count Gnangara in the list of most expensive suburbs in Perth. A better price indicator would be to use cost per square meter of land. Most blocks in Gnangara are around 4.0 Ha. This works out to be $75 per sqm for Gnangara. The typical cost for land in an average Perth suburb is around $650p per sqm. For the affluent areas (your list from 9 onwards), the price per sqm is around $2000 per sqm.

@@utubeglue HI Mate - Where we invest depends on our client requirements and budget. If someone is looking for simple buy and hold then we go to family friendly suburbs with good fundamentals. If someone is after development potential then we go with suburbs where the councils are supportive of Development. So something which we pick for our clients might not suit general public.

I'm sure the prices were correct at the time, but the accompanying photos were hilarious. Each of these suburbs has a specific architectural style and not a single photo reflected anything like the housing stock of the suburbs concerned.

Yes Steel agree with you. We thought of using real photos but then we thought there might be privacy issues if we use other people's properties in our videos without there permission so just used general photos.
