It was like an 18 minute MASTERCLASS on exactly how to create these magnetic motivational videos that generate millions of views, subscribers, and fans of your channel. Your VPM (Value Per Minute) was off the charts! I've been wanting to start a faceless KZfaq channel about a subject I'm passionate about so I could easily come up with great content ideas and not get tired of it. I was seriously considering focusing on training to become an A-level, high-ticket sales pro, because I’ve been doing it since 2015, with great results. But I think I might get bored with it, because to me it’s old hat in a sense. I already know how to do it, don’t think it’s so difficult to learn, and thus it would not have the big emotional payoff that is so satisfying and is the HUGE and REAL reward when I do a good job and the student becomes a master. Yes, the money is great, but for me, the emotional rewards are greater. I’m considering doing an educational/training channel for AI knowledge and skills for people who missed the first train in Nov. 2023, and are now overwhelmed and don’t know how or where to start. The video tutorials and Zoom sessions will be 100% project based and will be fun, easy to learn, and give the students a cool and amazing end result they will be proud of. I plan to hook them with that strategy and possibly see some students transform from confused, head-in-the-sand, doubters who thought, “AI, Schmay Eye, I don’t need it” into AI enthusiasts. But I’ve always wanted to do a mindset KZfaq channel, companion website, and create a ton of great content on it because I firmly believe it really is the “BIG SECRET” that the vast majority of wealthy and successful people talk about, yet for most of us, we’ve heard it so many times we think it’s a bunch of PSYCHO-BABBLE BULLSH*T, so our minds stay in the lands of "FEARS," "DOUBTS," & "I COULD NEVER DO THAT!" and we stay stuck.

 I think teaching either AI to lost newbies or mindset to the stuck people living in the crappy mental neighborhoods I mentioned above, would be extremely rewarding when we see the beautiful butterflies that emerge due to the transformation we helped them produce for themselves. I'm now leaning more towards the mindset channel because I think it will be easier to produce consistent content, and will ultimately have a much bigger impact on a person’s life if they apply what's taught and keep taking action. I also think there are greater financial opportunities, e.g., affiliate marketing, creating niched-down, avocation-specific mindset courses, etc., that I don’t see happening with the AI for newbs channel. 

 I know this is long, but I would be very interested in your thoughts on this because your presentation really floored me! ElevenLabs blows. They KEEP flagging my account for unusual activity that doesn't exist. I think I figured out what the problem is, the flag mentions my IP. My internet service is Tnobile which uses cell phone towers, so maybe my IP keeps changing, F If I know what the problem is, it BLOWS and tells me ElevenLabs isn't half as sophisticated as they think they are. I think they're trying to scam me into a paid account when I don't even use 1,000 characters per month. F them.

How can I change the duration of a voice file? I have a transcript and the duration of the speech from the transcript takes 4 minutes. But my video is 5 minutes long. I want to extend the duration of the speech file to 5 minutes. How can I achieve that?

I use 11 labs every day. What would be useful would be a folder for most used voices. I try to use voices that don’t sound commercial. The more character in a voice the better. The more you use this app the more you will be able to recognize the voices.
