Certainly an excellent singer but where are or were her chains ? She was afforded YOUNG TALENT TIME for several years and carved out her own singing career to both high and lows plus toured internationally, based herself in France to much success !!!! What foquin "chains" ? Except like all to some in a bad relationship only.

If I remember this awards correctly I was about 8 when I watched this, but back then my dad recorded all the award shows on VHS so I got to watch it over and over, at the end of her performance Celine Dion stood up and screamed at the end. Like a high shrill scream, and then sat back down because she was seated near Prince Albert
