Hi, when you're parked in a remote location where power is hard to come by, a battery-powered A/C like the Mark 2 can keep you cool while conserving energy for your other equipment. Plus, the Mark 2 battery can be recharged with solar power, making it perfect for outdoor environments.

I have a question! I missed the livestream but hopefully you can get back with me! If I leave this in my car here in Texas will it damage the unit? What’s the storage temperature for this thing without it operating? Here in Texas it can get pretty hot and want to make sure that it won’t get damaged if left in my car. What kind of battery does it have?
@ZEROBREEZETech
@ZEROBREEZETech 3 күн бұрын
Hi, the storage temperature for the Mark 3 is 14°F to 140°F (10°C to 60°C). The battery is a 21700 Lithium-Ion Polymer type. To keep the battery in good condition, we recommend regularly charging and discharging it.

How do you remove the rear ducts to clean the filters?
@ZEROBREEZETech
@ZEROBREEZETech 3 күн бұрын
Hi, it's simple! You can easily clean the filters by detaching the rear ducts from the A/C. Just unbuckle the connections, remove the ducts, and use a cloth to wipe down the filters.

You will want to keep the air intake to the unit inside of your tent or vehicle in order for it recirculate the cooler air being generated to help the unit cool down faster, less condensate, and longer battery run time. Just as your house unit or recirculate mode on your vehicle A/C. Not always having to work it's ass off constantly drawing in the hot and humid air from outside.

That’s correct! It’s much more expensive to design this way. That said utilize the machine the way the engineers built it. I.e. intake to outside atmosphere. By creating positive pressure you can’t count on the ambient environment to continue to drop depending on insulation and isolation of the spot cooler.

How will this work in Las Vegas and Phoenix weather in a semi?
@ZEROBREEZETech
@ZEROBREEZETech 28 күн бұрын
Hi, we don’t have exact temperature data, but here are our estimates based on average summer temperatures in Las Vegas and Phoenix: Daytime Use: The Mark 2 works best as a spot cooler. It can cool your body while you're sitting in the cab, making it feel up to 20°F cooler. So, if it's 104°F outside, it can feel like 84°F where the cool air is blowing. Nighttime Use: The Mark 2 cools the enclosed sleeper area more effectively when it's cooler outside. It can lower the temperature from around 80°F to a comfortable 55-60°F, making it much easier to sleep. Overall, the Mark 2 is a great solution for staying cool in your truck, especially at night. You can check out this video to see a detailed review in a semi: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/g5h0oreCrq3PhGg.html

It needs to be ducted to the outside air. Because the outside air is dry and if you continually recirculate the same air, then you'll just be making the air inside the camper extremely humid and he won't be able to evaporate any more water and you won't get any more coolly.

Have you converted the power required to run the Mark II into amp hours?
@ZEROBREEZETech
@ZEROBREEZETech Ай бұрын
The maximum power required to run the Mark 2 is 300W. When using the Mark 2 with its own 840Wh battery, it will last for approximately 3-5 hours. In sleep mode, the battery can last up to 8 hours.

So what would the disadvantage and advantage of having the intake inside your truck topper? Wouldn't it be colder air coming out by re-circulating the already cooled air?
@ZEROBREEZETech
@ZEROBREEZETech Ай бұрын
If you place the intake inside the truck topper, it will enhance the cooling effect by recirculating the already cooled air. The main consideration is how you position the unit. Placing only the hoses inside the topper saves space, leaving the unit outside, but you will need to connect the front inlet duct adapter. Alternatively, you can place the AC unit inside and vent out the rear hoses; this will achieve the same cooling effect but will take up more space.

How long will it run off the inverter only?
@ZEROBREEZETech
@ZEROBREEZETech Ай бұрын
The power consumption depends on the inverter's capacity. The Mark 2 typically consumes up to 300W at maximum, though this can vary based on environmental conditions and settings.
