Lovely interview Janice, Manoj is so down to earth and relatable. As a parent of a 13 yr old it's so relatable. My daughter too at the age of 9 or 10 she had created a KZfaq channel and Instagram account, I did not realize until friends told me, then I had to uninstall Instagram.

@@JaniceSequeira85 and I liked the candid and indulgent interview…your laughter and reaction to what Anurag said…basically his exposure of industry…jhakaas maza aaya…anyone trolling or criticing you seem have some issues with your past work but interview mast tha…but my question to know who the F gives his chef 2L a day…bewakoof critics/audience ne sab kiya comment par kisi ne bhi naam nai liya ki 2L kon deta per chef ko…yeh naam bhi tou kholo yaar…karo poora shame n badnaam aise logo ko…effort based pay bhi kuch hota hai…crores kamanen waley deserving technicians aur actors ka hissa maar lete hai apni branding aur PR ke chakkar mai… Rest once again interview mast that…and though sound wasnt at its best, I paid more attention and double triple plaid the interview… 😆 😂 Bhala industry ki aisi candid besharmiyaan bhala aur kon suna sakta hai…looking forward to more

the host meets people to tell her stories and does most of the talking…she seriously seems to have issues of trying to prove that she’s an equal in the room and nobody should doubt her credibility…I think an intervention by her family and close friends is necessary 🙏🏽

Anurag has used the term “shit” so many times to describe the overall quality of films…one last question, how would you describe your experience of this interview and the integrity & calibre of the interviewer? Anurag: SHIT I’m sure the interviewer shouldn’t be able to unread what I’m writing next… “When Anurag mentioned about industry full of people with low self esteem, he exactly was mentioning people like you” now rewatch your interview and the attempts you were making to be in a position of being equals with him…the only way you can be equal is by your body of work, not by your influence 🙏🏽

This interviewer is out of their depth with Anurag Kashyap. They came in with a narrow, biased view about a certain film and a filmmaker and clearly don't understand or appreciate the nuances of filmmaking. Even I have problems with Animal. But it's just painful watching someone this mediocre try to engage with a director of Kashyap's caliber. We need real film enthusiasts conducting these interviews - people who actually understand the craft and can dive deep into the creative process. This shallow, one-dimensional approach is a waste of everyone's time. Get someone like Bhardwaj Rangan to do it.
