One quick thought on the "Coolest Cooler". The main thing that was different the second time they launched it was the season. The first time they launched it I think was in the winter when no one is thinking about buying a cooler, especially with a blender for cold drinks. They raised about 100K. The second time they launched was I believe in the summer. They raised about 13 million. If your product is even remotely seasonable then consider launching in the corresponding season even though the backer won't likely receive it until the opposite season.

I think there is a lot to be said about the mindset you have going into a crowdfunding campaign. Resilience, the willingness and ability to adapt, and an unwavering belief in the success of he project are super important. Half way through our campaign we had only raised about 6,000 out of 45,000. We decided to create a new video with some major changes and redoubled our campaigning efforts reaching out to schools to do presentations and radio shows that might get us some publicity. Its possible to come back!

Thanks for the great information, actually confirmed a lot of the things I already had a hunch about. The cube looks like a great product! Something that gets people like me (I'm an artist) really excited! Will definitely be purchasing one! One improvement though; It'd be nice if you had a display on the device where you could store and read the hex or rgb numbers instead of having to hook up usb to computer or sync with phone.
