I got my countryman last May, and absolutely love it. I have a question I am in the US and my car is the iconic trim with confort max plus but my car doesn’t have the personal mode? Is this feature available in the US?

One caveat to this update: my new 2025 MINI is having problems connecting to my phone via bluetooth/wifi. My phone connects/disconnects every 5 seconds. So how will I be able to install the new update?

Doesnt show me all the stats, mpg, doors open unlock or anything...poor app, poor support. Mini dealerships have no idea have to fix it . Its been my first Mini and hugely disappointed with the very low quality from the dealer and mini connected.

Having lived with the new Countryman with operation system 9 for a week now the following needs attention and shows that the loss of the I-Drive is a backwards step. 1. Head up display does not show indicators it’s a distraction whilst driving to look at the centre screen 2. To change temperature you have to touch the screen then slide or tap the + or - to alter temperature. This should be directly from the Home Screen 3. If you select the speed warning system every time you go into a new speed zone a sign comes up on the OLED screen that needs physically cancelling it’s a really STUPID design. 4. If you touch the user profile and enter the shortcut screen and you change your mind you cannot get back to the Home Screen. I’m still getting used to the system but it’s overly complicated and shows this technology is severely wanting and a step back from the intuitive I-Drive system it replaces.

I love the tech in my new MINI!!! But something weird happened. Under “Spoken instructions” in Navigation, it suddenly defaults to off and says “This function is not available in the selected system language.” I have everything set to English. It was working for the first two weeks, but something changed a few days ago. Any suggestions?

Hi there, thanks for your question. Android Auto will be available with MINI models that use Operating System 9. To use KZfaq music with Android Auto you need to have a KZfaq Music Premium membership.

Hello,my Mini cooper remote opens my door but does not start the engine,i dont know what to do, whether it is the battery or the programming or i don't know. And the mini cooper app is not on Google play store. My mini cooper car key does not has a port to pry the back open in order tj change the battery.

It's nice when Android Auto works. My android is having issues connecting to the car via Bluetooth. Seems the system might be a bit buggy. Hope there's an update soon.
