What year is this? 85 to 88 is 4 gears. The ones after it are 3 gears. Also first generation was only called moto 4. The 90s 3 speed called badger. But since they look similar people refered to original as badger too. Notice the first generation has no suspension.

Just cut the orange wire at the starter solenoid and reroute the orange wire from the starter soleniod to ground.

I have one of these, and it runs, but when you stop and it idles, it will heat up and shut off and i will have to wait for it to cool to restart what is a fix for this issue? Any help would be great thanks

Awesome video, We have a couple Honda 300 TRX, one sat for to long with gas i it and now it won't start. I plan O taking off the carb. and cleaning it out, what should I be looking for? If I spray ether in it the motor fires up for a second or two then dies. Thanks again

you cut out the removal of the bolt in the center of the rotor. the rotor spins with the bolt, so you need a way of holding it in place so the bolt will actually come out. how’d you do this?

Nice video. The owner's manual just says GL-5 for the differential oil so I don't think you need to use "atv" oil.

Hello, been watching your tech for a while. TksQuestion: It will not start: with wrong oil filter - it poured out oil from gasket. I replace w/factory , filled oil and it will not start???2003 650 Prairie , 200 hrs. It sparks, trys to start one cylinder when gas in carb, No noises, a compression check w/ weak battery measured 35psi ft & 45psi rear.Suspect front chain tensioner?? if front, any special way install or check or can just R&R. That left hand switch had me shook. The thing wasn't starting. Thought I had air in the lines or something. Watched your video, clicked that left hand switch and boom, she fired back up!
