Nine hole lacing is rather cramped. Laces supplied are not long enough to undo the boot without removing them from the top holes. This is fiddly. The boots are not the best if you have a high instep. Seven hole lacing would be easier to use. Otherwise switch to a lock lacing system for ease of taking off/putting on.
